Cappadocia first opened its doors in 2001 as a small restaurant in the heart of Kingston. Over the years we have grown into a much‑loved group of Turkish and Mediterranean restaurants in Surrey, and Cappadocia Redhill is the latest chapter in that story. From day one, we have been devoted to creating an authentic and truly unique Turkish dining experience for our guests.
Our owners, executive chef and many of our team hail from Turkey and were raised on delicious, traditional cuisine. We are proud to share our heritage with you in Redhill, bringing a genuine taste of Turkey to the local community. Our chefs are passionate about using high‑quality ingredients, perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared, just as they would be in Istanbul.
The interiors at Cappadocia Redhill are inspired by authentic Turkish décor, giving you a glimpse into our culture and history. Dishes are served in traditional cookware, such as clay pots, to enhance both flavour and presentation.
